PUBLIC CHAPTER NO. 33  SENATE BILL NO. 266
AN ACT to require the governor, utilizing the resources of the department of agriculture, the department of
economic and community development and the department of environment and conservation, to develop a
comprehensive state energy conservation plan.  
The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (ECD) announced  that Ryan Gooch is
joining the department as the state�s new director of energy policy.  6/27/07
